Yes. Zoe Life is fully insured, including general liability insurance. Your property and your guests' safety are our top priorities, and we carry the necessary coverage to protect everyone involved.

What kind of repairs can you handle?

We handle the vast majority of common issues that arise in vacation rentals: minor plumbing (leaky faucets, clogged drains, running toilets), minor electrical (replacing switches/outlets, fixing light fixtures), furniture assembly, TV mounting, smart lock installation/troubleshooting, drywall/paint touch-ups, and general "handyman" tasks. For major electrical, plumbing, or HVAC system replacements, we work with trusted, licensed specialists.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency repair request?

Accepted Answer

We prioritize emergency calls, especially those affecting guest stays (e.g., no water, no heat, locked out). Our goal is to have a technician on-site within a few hours. For non-emergencies, we typically schedule within 24-48 hours.

Do you provide your own tools and materials?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we arrive fully equipped with all necessary tools. For materials and parts (e.g., a new faucet, light fixture), we will either use what you have provided, purchase it and bill you at cost, or coordinate with you to have the part on-site before we arrive.

What is included in your standard turnover cleaning?

Our cleaning is designed to meet the high standards of discerning travelers. It includes:

Kitchen: Countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors and interiors, microwave, stovetop, and floor sanitation.
Bathrooms: Disinfecting all surfaces, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors.
Living/Bedrooms: Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming/mopping all floors, making beds with fresh linens, emptying all trash.
Detail Focus: We clean high-touch areas like light switches, remote controls, and door handles.

What is your availability for cleanings? I need a quick turnover.

We specialize in fast, efficient turnovers. We coordinate closely with your booking calendar to schedule cleanings immediately after check-out and well before the next check-in. We offer flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate last-minute bookings.

Cleaning is typically priced as a flat rate based on the size of your property and its general condition. We provide a specific quote so you know the exact cost every time.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks. Invoices are sent electronically upon job completion along with before and after pictures for your records.
